The Golden sunset of Kolkata

I waited till the golden sunset struck the metal cantilever structure of the Howrah bridge over the Hooghly River in West Bengal. A no nuts and bolts structure, held together by rivets is an amazing sight during this time of the day.

The diagonal lines of the steps opposed the diagonal lines of the bridge as it nestled in the town beyond. All the visual needed was a lady at the right distance with the right amber gold color to balance the composition.
